Flowtrend is in the middle of phase two testing of Flowtrend service kits with a major food processor in North America.
Phase 1 testing began in late 2019 and results have been very favorable. Phase 2 should conclude in 9 weeks. At that point the customer has agreed to turn over all its service kit business to Flowtrend parts.
Steve Stovall of Flowtrend mentioned that, not only is the customer getting equal or better performance, but will also see a significant cost savings in a time when processors are looking for ways to reduce operating cost and realizing improved margins.
In these challenging times, it is a good option to offer Flowtrend parts as a way to improve the operations for your customers.
