About the Program

Please join us for part two of a detailed discussion on how to prove tortious interference claims, focusing specifically on interference with a contractual relationship. Our panelists will cover what a plaintiff must prove to successfully bring these claims, how a defendant can defend against them, and the types of evidence needed to support or refute such claims.

This program is presented by the Litigation Section chaired by Rachael C. Kogen and vice chaired by Lauri K. Martin. Find out more about the section at www.bhba.org.
