Cardiac Staff Recognized in Unique Way for
Going the Extra Mile
Jackie Lannan, Director of Ascension St. Vincent Evansville's Cardiac Service Line, recently won the Foundation's FACE Associate Campaign prize of a premier parking spot. Wanting to share the love with her deserving Cardiac staff, she decided to make the parking spot a weekly incentive for a program she developed called "Going the Extra Mile for Parking Perks." Associates can nominate their fellow team members by sharing an exceptional story of teamwork or patient care they witnessed. Associates get a certificate to put in their car throughout the week.

Thank you to our Cardiac Services associates and physicians for your exceptional care!
Nurse Educators Create "Boredom Busters"
for COVID Patients
Bethany and Anna, clinical professional development acute care nurse educators, created a 'Boredom Busters' cart for COVID-19 patients. The cart is full of activities to keep patients occupied during their stay. We are blessed to have such creative and thoughtful nurses as part of our Ascension St. Vincent Evansville care team!

Thank you, Bethany and Anna!
