Gentle Yoga for Beginners - an Online Yoga Class
Thursdays, June 25, July 2, 9, & 16, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.  
Register now.  

Gentle Yoga with Krista via Zoom will offer a practice with beginners in mind or anyone looking to find some extra room to breathe and decompress. With a focus on breath awareness, connecting breath and movement, and creating length and strength in the body. Modifications will be suggested for different abilities.    
Helpful props: yoga mat or nonslip surface, chair for support if needed, strap (belt), cushion, and a blanket.

The British Museum Website

The British Museum is one of the largest in the world and houses over 8 million works within its walls. Established in 1759, it was the first public national museum in the world.
