We're one of 245 network members nationwide, serving as change agents in community development, advancing opportunity in the neighborhoods we home at a time, one family at a time. RUPCO grows larger and stronger every year because of our network membership with NeighborWorks America--helping us serve our local communities in need.

Progress in Building Homes for Everyone
RUPCO closed on the 20 Cedar Street, Kingston property known as the Midtown Lanes. The metro is now set to be under construction in Fall 2019.
A recent State Supreme Court Justice ruled the resident petition offered to Kingston COmmon Council did not requie a "supermajority" vote when considering a request to re-zone Landmark Place into multi-family residential property.

Brook's Forgotten History Exhibit at The Lace Mill
Graduate students Emily Vail and Jiamin Chen host “Fragmented & Forgotten: Tracing the Tannery Brook” in The Lace Mill’s East Gallery. The exhibit will be on display through March 25. Original maps of the Tannery Brook, paired with historic maps, images, and text, will visualize changes in and around the stream over time.
