Dear Friends:

Today is Giving Tuesday, a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world.

Please join us in making a difference for children and young adults facing acute mental illness by contributing to the Psychiatric Therapeutic Support Resource Fund today.

This fund enables us to provide our patients and their loved ones with the therapeutic and safety resources they need during periods of crisis. These resources include workbooks that provide activities to support patients' mental health recovery, coping kits that provide comfort for youth during stressful times, and locking devices for safer storage of firearms and medications at home.

Together, we can ensure that these vulnerable individuals receive the care and support they need to navigate their most challenging moments. Join us in our commitment to providing every patient with hope and healing!

From our Michigan Medicine family to yours, wishing you a joyful and warm holiday season,

Stephan Taylor, M.D.

Interim Chair, Dept. of Psychiatry;
