Keeping Up With LT Alumni
#LTpride

Donny MimmsLawrence North Class of 1999joined the Lawrence North Counseling Department and has already started meeting and working with 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students! Donny recently left Arsenal Tech where he was a counselor for several years, BUT he is TRULY a Wildcat at heart. Donny was an active and engaged student at Lawrence North, even serving as the class president during his junior and senior years of high school. Donny is excited to be back and eager to work with Wildcats.

Love is in the air! Congratulations to Devin Heath-GrangerLawrence Central Class of 2014, and Jada BaileyLawrence North Class of 2015, on their recent engagement!

Abigail HoytLawrence North Class of 2015, recently graduated from Ball State University with a Masters of Science in Information and Communication Sciences. During her time there, she taught intro to public speaking (COMM 210) to undergraduate students. Abigail's favorite part about being an instructor was providing a safe space for all students to learn and challenge themselves. After graduating, Abigail moved back to Indianapolis where she accepted a position at Salesforce as a Success Guide. Abigail works with customers directly to provide resources and recommendations on their Salesforce adoption.

Gerrid Doaks, Lawrence Central Class of 2016, is ready to carry the Cincinnati Bearcats offense. Gerrid's freshman and sophomore year brought injuries, but that didn't stop him from being engaged and helping the team from the sidelines. Gerrid spent time teaching moves, going over film, dissecting things, and even scouting different talent. With it being Gerrid's senior year, Gerrid is ready to dive in and fill big shoes. Learn more about Gerrid Doaks and his tenure with the Cincinnati Bearcats.

A special thank you to Adam Vinatieri, a proud supporter of the Lawrence Township School Foundation, for stopping by and sharing a few inspirational words. When asked, "Who or what was your biggest motivation when you were younger?" Adam shared that he always thinks back to the teacher who played a role in him becoming the successful man that he is today. "She taught me to work harder, study more, put the time in, work your butt off, and you can achieve anything. That's why I'm standing here today." Adam also noted that is why he is a fan of the Foundation and the push toward success for all students.

Reflecting on Adam's words, think about the teachers and staff that made a powerful impact in your lives to help shape you to who you are today. There's no better time to share your appreciation to them than to participate in #LTdoGOODday. Read more about the event below!
