The 2025

Brenner-Zoschke Reunion

July 25- 27, 2025.

(update)

Vol. 3.0

Greetings to the B-Z family,

Say hello to 2025

Well, it's here-- we've said goodbye to 2024, celebrated the birth of our Savior, and stepped boldly into a new year, unsure of all that it will bring, but encouraged that we have another year to serve the Lord and enjoy his blessings.

And speaking of that, the dates for our reunion move closer and the details for our time together should come into a clearer focus.

As we shared with you several months, the great news is that we now have a digital link in place that will take you directly to the Rock Springs Registration site where you can register for the reunion and clarify some important choices such as medical needs and specific dietary choices. Just a reminder, though, you will need to register individually for each member of your party that is coming to the reunion.

Finally, if you have not made your feelings known about some questions we have as a leadership team, I have again included a brief survey in this email to try to ascertain how best to utilize our scholarship funds and to ensure the maximum participation at the next reunion. The survey is limited by the present technology but it is a start to determining how we might secure additional funding to help as many as possible who might be find the reunion costs prohibitive from attending.

Blessings,

Mark and Debbie (Brenner) Congrove

From our Spiritual Director

Dear B/Z family members,

One of the greatest legacies we share as a family is the experience of God's faithfulness through the generations. As I write this on Thanksgiving Day, I think of the many ways that God has worked in the second, third, fourth, fifth, and now sixth generations that I've been privileged to participate in. As part of our family reunion on the weekend of July 25 - 27, 2025 we want to naturally remember some of the goodness and faithfulness of God within the past generations of our family. We also want to begin anticipating the ways that God will be working and using the generations to come, particularly, the 5th and 6th generations. To capture both of these aspects of our reunion time together, our theme verse for this reunion is from Lamentations 3: 22b-23, "For His (God's) compassions (mercies) never fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness." (NIV) I hope you can join us as we look back to the rich experience of God's faithfulness to us as a family, but also as we look forward to the new mercies/workings He has in store for us as a family yet to come.

With gratitude and thankfulness,

"Cousin" Carl Brenner

From the Family historian...

Josh Congrove encourages you to check in on Ancestry and see what is new to our family's history.

Josh's work on the family site has involved many hours and substantial funding. I will be again challenging the family to receive an offering to cover the expenses incurred by the Ancestry site. Why not check out the ancestry sited or check in at the B-Z family Facebook site.

A few helpful hints when registering via the link,

for the reunion.

  1. You must register for each individual who will be attending the reunion. (Parents register for children or family members who may not have computer access)
  2. You can register to board in one of the cabins/ cottages that we have made available. Hillside is a cottage that sleeps up to 20 people. Asa and Coop are cabins that sleep up to 26 people. I believe Hillside can be divided into 2 units of ten occupants each.
  3. You have the opportunity to identify any special considerations or food allergies that may require special meal choices. ( If you sign up for meals).
  4. You can register and choose not to stay on the grounds. If this is your choice, simply indicate by "Group guest".
