Under current prices, lumber for 10 Habitat homes would cost around $200,000. Our goal this summer is to raise enough funds to cover the lumber for our next 10 homes. We are about 5% of the way to our goal.
Please consider giving today to help Habitat continue building not only homes, but hope for local families currently living in unsafe, unaffordable, and unhealthy housing.

JD's Truck Repair, Inc donated their time and new parts to fix the brakes and liftgate of our donation vehicle. Their constant support helps us to continue serving our community through our donation pick-up service. The impact is far-reaching as everything we do here at the Habitat Store supports our Affordable Homeownership program. Each home dedication is made possible by the support of our customers, donors (such as JD’s), volunteers, and staff.
Thank you so much!

Cedar Ave Lot #10 – This home is 80% complete and will be dedicated in August. It will be the focus of our efforts for most of July. The HVAC system should be installed this week, making our next few weeks of inside work much more bearable!
Cedar Ave Lot #11 – Porches and driveways will be poured for this home in the next week, and the drywall finishers will arrive to mud, tape, and texture the week after that. We aim to complete the remaining interior and exterior work in time to dedicate this home in September.
Cedar Ave Lots #8 & #9 – We are just getting started on these next two homes. The pictured under-slab plumbing will be inspected and then the floor slab will be poured. We hope to begin framing on the first of these homes in August.

Alvina Street – Infrastructure work is continuing slowly on this property, ½ block off Lewis street in east Pasco. We plan to break ground this fall and begin framing homes before the end of the year. Seven homes will be completed in this location in 2022-2023.
