Sunday School is meeting in-person again!!

Christ Church clergy will lead an Adult Christian Formation Bible study titled The Resurrection Life: Hope during Difficult Times. The class will meet Sundays at 10:00 AM on the fourth floor at Christ Church Downtown, IN PERSON! The study will come from 1 Corinthians 15 known as the resurrection chapter. Tim Keller says this about the resurrection. “The fact of the resurrection means we have a hope for the future not based on scientific advance or social progress but on God himself. And this is not simply an intellectual belief but, as Peter says, it is a “living hope,” a vital part of the new spiritual life that comes into Christians by the Holy Spirit through what the New Testament calls “the new birth.” Faith in the resurrection implants that hope into the root of our souls. It becomes such a part of who we are that we can face anything.”
