BEFORE...

This modular home was built off site then brought to this rural location and attached to a concrete basement foundation.

AFTER...

This is the perfect location for the farmhouse look. The investor of this home requested a visual that extended the gable over the front entry to a full covered front porch. He planned on replacing all the windows and reducing the number of windows on each of the two largest. I didn't put shutters on the two outside windows because it felt like overkill. The wood accents really gives interest to the entry since the front door sets about 4' back from there.
