Today, I want to highlight my Project Guidance service. Remodeling can be overwhelming, and it's easy to feel unsure about making all the decisions on your own. That's where I come in. I'm here to guide you through the entire process, ensuring that every choice you make is cohesive and fits your vision. Whether it's layout recommendations, paint colors, hardware, lighting, tile, or flooring, I'll be there to help. My aim is to bring your style to life, not mine.

BEFORE...

The homeowner chose to retain the black and white floor, which perfectly complemented the black and white penny tile and accents she planned to install throughout the rest of the home.

Staging consultation - for clients who are selling their home I give advice on re-arranging, eliminating, and/or additional items that will make their home more appealing to Buyers.

Exterior Reimagining - I provide clients with a digital image of their home with new paint color, shutters, landscaping etc.

3D Floorplans - can serve as a clear reference, ensuring everyone is on the same page regarding the vision for the space.

Investor / Remodeling consultation - work with investors or new home buyers to re-imagine the space into something more appealing and functional. It is also a great gift for new home buyers.

Color Consultation - some people need help picking colors for their spaces. Trim and woodwork need to be taken into consideration when choosing paint and I can help with that.
