MAKEOVER MONDAY

As a Design Consultant, I work with both homeowners and investors to improve their homes’ appeal - to themselves or to Buyers. One of the biggest challenges my clients face is being able to visualize the design changes I recommend. To make the process easier, I offer a rendering service that transforms my ideas into more realistic images. This allows clients to see the potential of their home before committing to any changes. It also gives a visual to show to contractors for bids.

BEFORE...

This beach condo was decorated 'to the nines' back in the late 90s but clearly hasn't seen much change since then.

DURING (virtual)...
I don't use AI for my renderings. I have tried it out and it changes things too much, not enough or completely off the mark...it still has a way to go for my use. But...it can work GREAT for emptying a room and painting the walls! It looks pretty steril now but furniture brings in all the color and interest.

AFTER (virtual)...
The existing furniture placement was good. When the owners added a pair of teal mid-century chairs, they became the inspiration for the rest of the design. Removing the rug makes it easier to pull the chairs in and out and wasn’t really necessary for the space.The combination of teal and orange introduced a beach-inspired feel, with the white walls serving as the perfect backdrop.
