BEFORE...

This house stood out in the neighborhood, but not necessarily in a good way. The owners are getting ready to go on the market but mint green and dark green are not the typical colors that most buyers are looking to buy, especially on a classic 1920's home.

AFTER...

As many of you know, I like to use more than one main color on the house. Here, painting the 2nd story a slightly darker color gives it a little more interest while maintaining a classic look. Painting the corbels the same color as the soffit and gutters offers a more pronounced look to the overhang.
