BEFORE...

Another older investment property in need of 'zhuzhing'. I’ll admit it—I have a soft spot for swag lighting. Maybe not this exact one, but I love how it lets you get two lights from a single electrical box, positioned off to the sides like sconces. It’s so much better than having a can light right overhead, which is never flattering (and the worst for doing makeup).

Staging consultation - for clients who are selling their home I give advice on re-arranging, eliminating, and/or additional items that will make their home more appealing to Buyers.

Exterior Reimagining - I provide clients with a digital image of their home with new paint color, shutters, landscaping etc.

Investor / Remodeling consultation - work with investors or new home buyers to re-imagine the space into something more appealing and functional. It is also a great gift for new home buyers.
