BEFORE...

Investors know that red brick is not the most poplular finish on an exterior. The paint color here works with the brick but the investor wanted a painted brick option. The trim color here is not enough of a contrast to the base color.

AFTER!

Without changing anything but paint, this home looks updated and brighter. Going with my method of choosing 3 colors, I used white, medium grey, and dark grey. Adding an accent on the gable breaks up the large area. The white is a good contrast against the medium grey. I also removed the storm door and painted the front door a dark grey/blue. Updating the porch light and bringing in some greenery polishes up the curb appeal.
