Another investment house with a unique gable and trim detail.

AFTER...

Investors know that just paint can make a big difference on the curb appeal of a home. Painting the second story a different color than the top of the front gable made it recede just a little. With the same idea, painting the small gable to the right all one color made it stand out more.
