You buy a home not just for an investment but so that you can change it to a way that works best for you... such as paint color, furniture arrangement, showing off prized posessions, etc. But when you go to sell your home you want to appeal to as many buyers as possible. When selling a home, it’s important to create broad appeal to attract more buyers, maximize the sale price, and ensure a quick sale. Upon entering this home, I was immediately greeted by large yellow walls. While the homeowner loved the bold color, he acknowledged that it might not be to everyone’s taste. While it’s impossible to please every buyer, our goal is to appeal to as many as possible—and yellow typically isn’t a top choice.

Staging consultation - for clients who are selling their home I give advice on re-arranging, eliminating, and/or additional items that will make their home more appealing to Buyers.

Exterior Reimagining - I provide clients with a digital image of their home with new paint color, shutters, landscaping etc.

Investor / Remodeling consultation - work with investors or new home buyers to re-imagine the space into something more appealing and functional. It is also a great gift for new home buyers.

Staging for Vacation Rentals - There's more to furnishing a vacation rental then putting all your hand-me-downs in the space. Let me help you make it visually and practically appealing.

Color Consultation - some people need help picking colors for their spaces. Trim and woodwork need to be taken into consideration when choosing paint and I can help with that.
