MAKEOVER MONDAY

BEFORE...

The investor of this home knew that a pink exterior is appealing to only small handful of buyers. He requested a more traditional look of black & white.

AFTER...

Black & white is about as classic as you can get but painting the gutters black and adding a horizontal wood accent gives it a little bit of contemporary flair. I only used shutters on the end because it's a large wall with a small window and it balanced the garage doors on the opposite side. Keeping the shutters to a minium gives a little less traditional look.
