MAKEOVER MONDAY

Today, I want to highlight my Project Guidance service. Remodeling can be overwhelming, and it's easy to feel unsure about making all the decisions on your own. That's where I come in. I'm here to guide you through the entire process, ensuring that every choice you make is cohesive and fits your vision. Whether it's layout recommendations, paint colors, hardware, lighting, tile, or flooring, I'll be there to help. My aim is to bring your style to life, not mine.

BEFORE...

When these homeowners moved in from out of town, they made a quick decision to purchase their new home amidst a bustling housing market. They turned to Kent Cable with Cable Custom Homes to bring their vision to life, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The first priority was to open up the kitchen, as is often needed with floor plans.

DURING...

Many homeowners know what they want but need help making all the decisions come together. That’s where I come in, and Kent often recommends my services to clients for this reason.

AFTER...

I kicked things off by meeting at the home to nail down the layout. After that, we headed to the tile store to get the kitchen selections started and make some other choices. Throughout the process, we chatted about paint colors, hardware, lighting, and a bunch of other decisions. My goal was to make sure all their preferences come together nicely.

BEFORE...

The other side of the kitchen was another opportunity to open up the space and add another peninsula that is open to the dining room that was formerly a bedroom.hi

DURING...

With this new layout, they were able to incorporate a small bar area off the kitchen.

AFTER...

Overall, they went from a kitchen with extremely limited counter space to having an abundance. The fridge was relocated to a more user-friendly spot, creating additional storage and enhancing the overall visual appeal.

Color Consultation - some people need help picking colors for their spaces. Trim and woodwork need to be taken into consideration when choosing paint and I can help with that.
