MAKEOVER MONDAY

This week I am showcasing my Exterior ReImaging Services.

For homeowners or investors who want to improve the exterior of their home,

I provide clients with a digital image showing exterior changes such as

new paint color, lighting, doors, shutters, landscaping, etc.

Please forward this to anyone who needs an Exterior Designer to help visualize changes outside their home.

I'D LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU!

BEFORE...

Right in the center of all the neutral is a blast of bright turqoise that screams for attention...but doesn't blend with the rest of the house. It's a bold statement but not the way I recommend making a 'grand entrance'.

AFTER (virtual) ...

This makeover involves minimal paint - just black on the front doors and the protruding area around the windows. This option draws attention to the front door by use of a wood (or composite wood) accent all the way up to the soffit. Of course the new hanging light adds a little punch of bling as well. And as always, flanking the entry with taller plants welcomes guests in.

Hopefully you can use some of these tips and tricks to

make your home more appealing to yourself or to Buyers.
