Ok, we're running out of year.
You've noticed, eh?
And you've accomplished everything you set out to do last January, right?
So you're ready to ease into the full holiday mode, party and relax?
Good for you!
You certainly deserve it and congratulations.
With the new year approaching you can start with goals and targets for your 2020.
The only information you need to compile now is the "what."
As in "what's next for you?"
The "how" comes later.
A suggestion, if I may?
Join us for breakfast any Wednesday and let's see if a mentor would be a good fit for you?
Now back to "makin' a list."
It's to be a list of all the people you want to say "thank you" to for making your year a success.

1924
Macy's kicks off what will be a
beloved annual tradition
. The parade contains floats, employees dressed as clowns, cowboys, and animals from the Central Park Zoo. The parade isn't to celebrate Thanksgiving as much as to put Christmas - and shopping for presents - in the minds of spectators lining the streets.

1973
The US Senate votes 92-3 to confirm
Gerald Ford
as
Richard Nixon's
vice president. He succeeds
Spiro Agnew
, who had resigned after pleading no contest to tax evasion. Ford will serve as vice president for less than a year before succeeding Nixon as president, after he resigns in the fallout from the Watergate scandal.

Since 1983!
|
A not-for-profit cooperative association of independent businesses, founded from an economic development research project on the importance of small business development conducted by the Houston Chamber of Commerce in the late 1970's.
With our first Co-Op meeting held March 14, 1983, to date we've worked with 65,592
people, generating 44,881 tips, leads, referrals and items of new business, generating revenues exceeding one billion dollars, founded the Entrepreneurial Development Center - Houston's first and Texas' oldest small business incubator and co-working space, First Houston Small Business Seed Capital Fund - literally the first small business seed capital fund in Houston, the Womens Business Center - first business incubator for women business owners in the country with residency space and the Virtual Business Center - the first remote business incubator in the world - all totally without public funding, grants, gifts, donations or contributions.
Our Entrepreneurial Research Division conclusively demonstrated "entrepreneurship" could be taught in a classroom environment, resulting in colleges and universities, globally,
commencing entrepreneurial courses.
Here are some of the organizations we've worked with.
We grow companies, build careers and advance ideas.
