Hello from the CEO!
CMHA: Making Bold Moves

Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority kicked off the bold steps the agency is taking to further strengthen and invigorate our community with a Ceremonial "Renovation Day" at Sutter View. Updated and quality affordable housing is a key component to community success. There were brief remarks from Mayor John Cranley, Councilmen Landsman, Board of Commissioners President William Myles as well as other stakeholders and partners. After remarks, we donned hard hats and goggles and swung sledgehammers to an interior wall and cabinet which publicly marked the start of the renovation at Sutter View. This renovation is representative of the organization's ongoing and wider commitment to providing affordable housing throughout Hamilton County.
Also, the doors will soon open for our new initiative, ROC (Resource Opportunities Center). De tails about the Grand Opening to be held August 12, 2019 are below. As you recall, we will use our partnerships with social service organizations and community partners to increase the quality of life, as defined by Findlater Gardens and Winton Terrace residents, and reduce barriers to self-sufficiency through the ROC locations. The ROC affirms the agency's commitment to promoting self-sufficiency and providing neighborhood stability.
