Miguel Böhmer '89: donates sculpture 'Turitella Terebra' to Fundación Valle del Lili

Alum Miguel Böhmer works in plastic arts with an additional emphasis on painting. His professional career has been developed in Colombia, the United States, and France, where he currently lives and works. Miguel exposes in his works aspects relating to botanical and animal species, some existing in our habitats and nearby preserves.

Juliana Tafur '03: our guest speaker at CB NHS Ceremony, Thank you!  

This year's special guest speaker at the National and Junior Honor Society Ceremony was Juliana Tafur, Class of 2003, Emmy-nominated senior producer, former production executive at Discovery Networks, & award-winning documentary filmmaker. She has a great passion for bringing people together across complex topics. This ceremony recognizes those students who meet the standards of academics, leadership, service, and character. Students must earn and maintain the privilege of being part of this group.

Class of 1976: "You can't make old friends"

Colegio Bolivar’s, Class of 1976, celebrated their 46th, class reunion with a series of joyful, meaningful, and impeccably coordinated events that stretched for four days!

...Reminiscent of mini-courses or field trips at CB, we realized the warm camaraderie had not paled with the years, but actually bolstered the refrain one of our compañeros so aptly coined for the reunion, “You can’t make old friends!”.
