MU Athletics Hall of Fame Dinner

Seven alumni were recently honored during the 24th Annual MU Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Banquet. Honorees spanned the decades and represented a wide cross-section of sports at The 'Ville.

Strong Alumni Presence at Fall Job & Internship Fair

A record number of local, regional and national employers attended the fall ELCM Job and Internship Fair. 
More than 50 of the employer recruiters were Millersville Alumni and four alumni association volunteers served at the event.  Student participation increased 15% over last fall, and nearly half of the 165 employers indicated they were interested in recruiting students of ALL majors. The MU Alumni Association hosted a reception area to thank alums for supporting student recruitment efforts at Millersville.

Alumni Spotlight

Grand Illusion Hard Cider made its Millersville debut in the Alumni & Friends Tent during MU Homecoming 2018. The cider was conjured up by MU alumnus Dr. Chad Kimmel '96 and his wife, Andrea, who recently opened an urban cidery in Carlisle, PA.

Kick off the holiday season as you mix and mingle with friends and enjoy a variety of light appetizers and beverages. Hosted by the MU Alumni Association, this complimentary reception will be held on Saturday, December 2, between the Glorious Sounds of the Season concerts. The festive concerts are a holiday musical celebration featuring more than 200 student and faculty performers  from the Millersville University Music Department.

Trout Presented with Kirchner Award
Marge Trout's 37-year career as an athletic administrator, basketball coach and lacrosse coach earned her the George W. Kirchner Memorial Award. It was presented on October 17 at the Lancaster County Sports Hall of Fame banquet.   Read More

Over the summer, nine students were led on a 14-day tour through Europe. They were treated to a whirlwind exploration of music, art, history and more through six countries--Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Iceland.  Read More
