LINK Fall 2024

November 2024

Dear Colleagues,

The Faculty Diversity Collaborative (FDC) works to give faculty agency for their own success. This Fall, we continue to make an impact through our faculty cohort programs, university-wide workshops, and other recently launched key initiatives, like the Faculty Affinity Networks. This January 2025, the Identity and Leadership (I-LEAD) program will return, and we will also offer the next round of the Mutual Mentoring Grant Program.

The FDC remains committed to driving faculty success here at Rutgers. We welcome your participation in our upcoming workshops and your help with spreading the word to your colleagues. To stay informed, subscribe to our mailing list and join the FDC Peer Network to get involved.

We look forward to continuing to support all Rutgers current and future faculty. Please reach out to us (facultydiversitycollaborative@oq.rutgers.edu) with any questions.

Sincerely,

The Faculty Diversity Collaborative Team

Nearly $90,000 was awarded to Rutgers faculty across all campuses in 2024. You can read more about the funded projects here.
