Avalon's Kayak Park Registration
Avalon will continue to offer free registration to Avalon residential property owners for the 216 berths available at the Avalon Kayak Park. As in years past, Avalon will hold 'open registration' starting March 2nd - March 31st, 2020. Registrations are accepted in person; during regular business hours at Community Hall located at 30th and the beach or on the Borough of Avalon website. Each successful applicant will be allowed to reserve one temporary space at the Kayak Park for the season; which runs May 1st through October 31st, 2020. A lottery drawing will take place on Tuesday, April 7th, 2020 to find out which registered Avalon home owners will be able to keep their kayak parked free for the season. Take a Dip in the Ocean at the
Stone Harbor Shiver
The 10th Annual Stone Harbor Shiver will take place on Saturday, March 21st. Grab your best bathing suit, beach towel and some hot chocolate and meet up in Stone Harbor to take a dip in the chilly Atlantic Ocean! Pre-Shiver festivities will take place on Friday, March 20th at the Stone Harbor Yacht Club.
