Lisa has three children and has been a key player at Ferguson Dechert Real Estate for 23 years. Lisa fills a very diverse role as the Rental Manager.
For our owners, Lisa is responsible for entering your property's data onto our website, and ensuring that the photos, comments, availability, and rental rates are updated. She also makes sure that the cleaning service is scheduled for the appropriate “change-over” dates and that your keys are ready for pick-up on your check-in day.
As a prospective tenant, Lisa works to help find you a great property that meets your needs, and then she prepares the lease agreement and brings the transaction to completion. And while you’re here on vacation, Lisa’s oversight helps to ensure that the process evolves smoothly, and that your concerns are addressed as quickly as possible.
Lisa and I work together to hire, schedule & manage our Customer Service Reps.
