The pace of the Market has slowed, and a significant contributing factor is the slim supply of properties For Sale. We are working with several homeowners who would like to trade-up or trade-down to a replacement property, yet their options are few and far between. As a result, they are sitting on the sidelines, patiently waiting!
There are currently 81 properties For Sale (49 Single-Family homes and 32 Condo/Townhomes).
The number of properties For Sale has increased since this time last year, when there were 54 properties For Sale (31 Single-Family homes For Sale and 23 Condo/Townhomes). However, the current inventory of properties For Sale remains historically low.
For example, at this time in 2019, there were more than twice as many properties For Sale, and there were about 4 times as many properties for Sale in 2015!
