Nick was born in Philadelphia, PA. When he was an infant, his parents purchased a summer cottage at the Shore! Nick graduated from Lower Township High School (about 20 minutes South of Stone Harbor), where he was an all honors/AP student, and then began pursuing a college degree in physics. During Summer break, Nick began working at Ferguson Dechert Real Estate as a Customer Service liaison.
In 2018 Nick obtained his real estate license and began assisting our customers & clients with their rental and sale transactions. Nick then transitioned to our Closing Coordinator – an important position requiring attention to detail! It can be very stressful to manage the many moving and integrated parts, and Nick helps to ensure that all the boxes are checked, and that our customers & clients have a smooth transaction!
During his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with girlfriend and going to the beach, movies & concerts!
