Avalon 2025 Beach Replenishment Project Updates

The 2025 Avalon Beach Renourishment project is expected to involve the replenishment of Avalon's beach with sand sourced from the Hereford Inlet borrow area. New Federal legislation now allows for this sand to be used in beach fill projects, which will significantly benefit Avalon & Stone Harbor. Work is anticipated to begin in the spring.
