Avalon Residents to Save on Flood Insurance
Homeowners in Avalon will soon see another reduction in their flood insurance premiums! The Borough of Avalon has been extremely proactive at implementing flood mitigation practices, which now translate to a 35% reduction in flood insurance premiums!
Kayak Storage in Stone Harbor
The Borough of Stone Harbor will offer Kayak storage at the 81st Street Marina location in 2020.  During the month of March, Stone Harbor property owners may apply for a kayak storage space.
Proof of property ownership in Stone Harbor is required to apply. Spaces are limited to two (2) per property and will be awarded through a lottery. A fee of $100.00 per space has been implemented in 2020.

Ingram Thorofare Bridge Construction Update
The Ingram’s Thorofare Bridge (located on Avalon Blvd.) will be closed to through traffic between the hours of 7pm - 5am on February 20th, due to ongoing construction. The roadway & bridge will re-open after those hours and remain open thereafter.
