Marxe Milestones

The Marxe School's 30th Anniversary

The Marxe School of Public and International Affairs, the only public school of its kind in New York City, was created at Baruch College almost 30 years ago when it opened its doors in Spring 1994.

We are now one of the largest public affairs programs in the nation with more than 9,000 alumni. This would not be possible without the support of alumni and friends like you.

Join in celebrating our 30th anniversary by making a gift, and stay tuned for additional ways to reconnect with us and join in the festivities this coming year 2024!

Suzanne commented on the honor, saying, “I never could have guessed where the future would take my career. I’m so happy to be at the Marxe School for almost a decade supporting our students and alumni. For those just starting out, just remember careers are long with lots of winding paths.”

Jason is a veteran himself, having served in Afghanistan in a detachment that received a Presidential Unit Citation for their heroism.

Steven Raga; MPA alumnus and New York State Assembly Member Steven Raga made history as the first Filipino American elected to a state-level position in New York in 2022.
