Manufacturing & Policy Conference
The biopharmaceutical industry produces medicines that save, sustain, and improve lives. The industry is a significant driver of the U.S. economy, contributing more than $1 trillion annually in economic activity and directly or indirectly employing more than four million people. The United States has long been a biotechnology leader and with the onset of a global pandemic, the U.S. proved its competitive edge when manufacturers produced highly effective vaccines in record time.

Much of this innovation occurs in Delaware—a biopharmaceutical hub that employs Delawareans who are leading the world in the development, testing, and production of medicines of the future.
