Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----
Mark 6:12-13
And they went out, and preached that men should repent. And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them.
This scripture in Mark 6, tells us of the Disciples going out preaching Repentance, and miracles happened through their preaching - they walked in Power, even before the Holy Spirit was poured out on Pentecost some time afterwards !!
There is such a Power in Preaching Repentance. If you want to see miracles happen, people getting Healed, Set Free and Delivered - Just start preaching Repentance. Lead them in Repentance Prayers, and help them to understand what it really means to Repent - that is to ask for God's forgiveness of their sins, and to turn away from their sinful lifestyles, and to start walking the road of a Holy Life - submitted unto God alone. You will see people's lives change right in front of your eyes, being amazed at what God can do.
And this is what Bishop Edward is now seeing also in Khonjeni. Yes, they are focusing on farming, and preaching Repentance. And miracles are happening.
Just read what Bishop Edward wrote below !! People are truly discovering that Repentance is a GIFT From God, and it is a good thing to say Sorry Lord, and to Turn away from their old sinful ways, and to start following Jesus with all their hearts. They realise that God is Good, and He is Forgiving and Gracious - and they are seeing their lives transformed and Renewed.
The vision of Jesus farms in Khonjeni, Thyolo refuses to die! The farming projects continue to impact chiefs, pastors and families around Khonjeni in Thyolo
This is an opportunity to preach Repentance. With Repentance preached to communities around Khonjeni in Thyolo, many have received Jesus after repenting and joined Repentance.
At first they thought Repentance is a punishment but realise now it is a gift ! They receive their healing of many diseases and their families get restored
This assures them that Repentance movement is, there to stay after preaching it
Mark 6 v 13
Pastors and intercessors from different churches fellowship together in the word and break bread together as Acts church
Repentance movement in Khonjeni has become a household name with tomato crop that did well from September to October. There was a bumper yield !
Apart from few sales for ministry, tomatoes were given as a gift to communities in Khonjeni, Thyolo and Limbe where we stay. This acted as a promotion for many to know and receive gift of Repentance
For instance during tomato farms open day, Pastors gave free tomatoes to scores of villagers around the farm. They also got prayed for. In turn we also received numerous gifts from the people - of sweet potatoes, cassava and pawpaws, just to mention but a few !
This is GODs Love!
And the Proceeds from the farm enabled us to fund Repentance programs. It is clear, the vision of Jesus farms refuses to die in Khonjeni !
Pastors do silent prayers at the farm. This has made insects and pests not to destroy our crops. These Pastors, though most of them are old, now have Passion for Jesus farms. We are now roping in youths to follow suit as it is time for the youths to take over !
Joel 2 v 25-28
By the Grace of GOD we have another tomato farm to be ready in December !
We have found more land - about 8 acres - and today 8 pastors woke up early this morning to work on the farm. They plan to use organic manure to beat off high fertlizers cost. They are all working as a team
We pray for good rains, as the rainy season fast approaches
In Balaka, at "Gideon Farm" both farms are almost ready for planting
One is our own farm, bought by National Day of Repentance in Middle Town. And the other is a rented one. Pastor Mind in Balaka gladly reports that he is now only waiting for rains. Pastor Mind was donating seeds for one farm.
The chiefs are grateful for our farming projects in Balaka North. This has birthed spiritual transformation to pastors, chiefs and villagers. Moslems in the area now also like Repentance. Many have also been healed, Through Apostle Sebita - a vibrant women in Repentance who launched Repentance in February, where we also had chiefs, and also speakers from South Africa
Please Pray for fertlizers & further support for the Jesus farms!
Haggai 2 v 8 - The Silver and the Gold belongs to Him
Amen !
