Several factors attributed to our recent inventory shortages. Projecting future sales is far less predictable due to all the varieties available. We certainly are not complaining about having more options, but the logistics have gotten much more complicated. Realigning our inventory with demand has proven to be far more challenging that we anticipated.

The timing of out of sync inventory, the holiday season, and our annual store closure were the perfect combination of factors. But be assured, our pallet of malt was en route before we even sent this newsletter. We are doing our best, and hope to get back to the reliable partner that you have been accustomed to. 🍺

When will extract kits be restocked?


Our supplier no longer sells the candi syrup that many of our kits include. Buying them from the manufacturer is cost prohibitive. The best option right now is to repackage the candi syrup ourselves. However, this introduces sanitation issues that we must first address. We hope to resume selling extract kits in the upcoming months.

To Be or Not To Be a Saison


Who hasn't had a beer with friends and debated the finer details of brewing? While there technically are BJCP style guidelines, they also change, and are still often up for interpretation.
