Dear residents of Traditions at Vizcaya,

If you are an "average user," you probably spend about 50 minutes each day on social media platforms, which is why it can seem like the most convenient way to connect. While Facebook groups are great at connecting neighbors, their discussion-based nature can make it difficult for official communication to be shared from the association directly with residents, and for residents to be able to communicate directly with the association.
To improve communication and make it easier for residents to find official Association-related messages, we will be transitioning our Facebook group to a Facebook business page. The new page will allow us to share important information like office hours, upcoming events and contact information and allow residents to send direct messages to the team, opening up another outlet for communication.
This transition will also ensure that any resident questions or concerns are sent through official communication channels so they can be addressed in a timely manner. Our target date for the transition is Friday, April 28, 2023 at which point the current Facebook group will be archived, and all future communication will be posted to the new page. Be sure to "like" our page to follow along!
