Help make Nov. 1 Infor FSM go-live a success

After extensive planning, testing and communicating, we are going live next week with our implementation of Infor CloudSuite Financial and Supply Management (FSM). On November 1, the system will go live as well as the Epic-related changes, including the new CDM/Chargemaster.


Related system downtimes and process freezes started to occur on October 19 and will fully end on November 5.


Checklist for Team Preparations

Know the critical dates and action steps you can take to help make this a successful go-live. Please note that many links below require network access.

Lawson and Infor GHR downtimes begin October 27 at 5 pm CST for the final transition steps.

Confirm all employees downloaded the Kronos mobile app & know the downtime procedures.


  • Remember that position numbers are changing. Familiarize yourself with the new position numbers for your location using the crosswalk on the intranet.

Confirm supply requesters have ready: downtime orders + order manual + open hours


  • Have requesters check that they are “set up” correctly – if they have received two emails in October from Julie Trudeau, they are “set up” correctly.

Review and understand all key items on the Downtime Dates page – know what transactions are impacted October 19 through November 5.

Confirm your invoice coders and approvers have reviewed the new self-help training guide.

Review and share with your team the key elements on the Support page. There is a downloadable deck there to share with your teams, and to engage in discussion on how they are feeling about their resources and support heading into their first tasks.

Share this one-pager, Take Charge of Your Learning Journey, as a tool to help your teams prepare for the transition, and take ownership of their engagement in the learning process.

It is critical during this time, to maintain open and two-way communication channels; have your team bring “stories” forward ASAP so you can reset any inaccuracies or confusion with updated information.
