New Marketing & Communications Structure
The system-wide marketing and communications (MarCom) function has completed a months-long reorganization designed to improve the team’s ability to champion the needs of customers, employees and other stakeholders. At its core, MarCom seeks to become the trusted expert in converting insights into internal and external marketing and communications solutions that build engagement, loyalty and results.

Effective Oct. 1, team members from across the Aspirus system assumed new roles that will allow them to develop focused expertise in key subject areas, and work collaboratively to better meet the needs of Aspirus and the communities we serve. Click here to view the new MarCom Structure and Roles. The team is led by Jim Matheson, VP-Business Transformation, Marketing & Communications.

Requests for support
The automated form for Graphic/Print requests (located on the Aspirus intranet) has been expanded to include any request for Marketing/Communications support. Now called Marketing, Communications, Graphic/Print Support , the link should be used to request any print, graphic design, public website, intranet, video or communications assistance .

To help the MarCom team prioritize projects, the online form’s questions will seek important information to ensure requests will:
  • Help generate growth.
  • Produce highly engaging communications that drive brand preference and enhance the consumer experience.
  • Develop and advance services that produce healthy communities, earn lasting trust and increase loyalty.

The new request form is located on the intranet under “ Service Requests” within the Work Tools & Resources menu.
Archived Managers' Minutes can be found in the management section of the intranet.
