As previously communicated, Aspirus Health is launching the AHRQ Survey on Patient Safety on June 12. The survey will remain available through June 30 and be targeted to staff, clinicians and leaders across all business units who deliver or support patient care.
The survey will be sent by NRC Health to team members’ Aspirus email address and feature the subject line Action Requested! Survey on Patient Safety. Each email will contain a unique survey link that should not be forwarded to others.
The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and responses are confidential. All survey participants are asked to provide their honest feedback on how well we are providing a culture of excellence in quality and safe patient care at Aspirus.
Past surveys have informed several key improvements and initiatives around our delivery of safe, quality care to patients.
