Managers Crawford, McFarland work with players on mental, physical preparation

Two Ban Johnson Collegiate League coaches, MSBL Royals Manager Matt Crawford and Adapt Prospects General Manager/Coach Dr. Jake McFarland, whose playing careers were derailed by injuries have dedicated their professional careers to helping the next generation of athletes manage and overcome the difficulties that arise.

Crawford launched Crawford Performance Consulting to help athletes overcome mental hurdles, while McFarland is the founder and CEO of Adapt Physical Therapy and Player Development.
