COURSE DESCRIPTION
This training was created as a follow-up to Chief Glidden’s Bulletproof Leadership training and is based on his popular weekly Bulletproof Leadership Tips that address a variety of difficult employees and unacceptable behaviors with practical strategies for requiring accountability and improving performance. Strategies are also provided to help keep good employees from becoming your next problem employee.
At the conclusion of this presentation, participants will be able to:
