Spring Term 2020 C Session Reminder
Dear Faculty,

Just a reminder, the NA window  for the spring C7 session college credit classes will close Monday, March 23 by 11:59 p.m. EST . Faculty teaching clock classes should be aware that the drop for non-attendance for any clock/PSAV classes starts 7 days after the class start date and closes 7 days later.

The NA drop process is an important College-monitored process that is to be completed by all faculty every term. Even if all students have been present, faculty still need to complete and submit the NA report.

Steps for completing the process can be found in the  Faculty Center Guide 2nd Ed.  If this link does not open, you can also get to this document by going to the FSCJ Training and Organizational Development web page. Click  here  and select Faculty under Table of Contents then select Faculty Center Training Documents.
I f you have questions, please contact your Dean or other immediate supervisor as soon as possible. This will allow time to assist with completing the process prior to the mandatory deadline.

As always, we appreciate your help in meeting this important College deadline.
Sincerely,
Dr. Rich Turner
