Thank you meal providers!

We are extremely grateful for all our meal provider volunteers for helping us supply nutritious and fresh meals to the families we serve at the Catholic Charities Emergency Family Shelter. Thank you for all you do for the families we serve!

We provide dinner to all families staying at the shelter seven days a week. The shelter can house up to ten families at one time. Currently, we are at full capacity. Meal providers help us feed those we care for who are working on becoming self-sufficient to provide for themselves and their families.

Meal Providers are Always Needed!

If you are interested in providing a meal, please contact

They are proud to support the Catholic Charites’ mission and encourage others to support the vital work being done at Catholic Charities to make a stronger impact on those in need.

“Catholic Charities is a worthwhile cause that is always in need of additional funding to continue the great work it does,” said Pat. “It’s great to support this organization.”

Help Those in Need

We are in urgent need of personal hygiene items for the Catholic Charities Food Pantry. We have seen an increase in demand for items like toothbrushes, tooth paste, toilet paper, soap, etc. You can help us continue to provide these needed items to those we serve.

You can also shop our Amazon Wish List to have your donation shipped directly to us. Donations are also accepted at the food pantry during regular business hours.

Dear Friends:

Giving Back is a simple yet profound message of help and hope as expressed in our August newsletter. The call to service provides meaning to our mission to empower individuals and strengthen families and to our communities. Each encounter and act of kindness leaves a lasting impression to those we serve.

Service is provided in a multitude of ways, both great and small. You can make a difference in a person’s life by helping us shelter those who are homeless, provide food to the hungry, and listen to the needs of others. Saint Teresa of Calcutta tells us, “It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.”

We invite you to extend your hands and hearts in this vital ministry to serve and give back. Truly, there is no better time to respond with care and compassion by providing these essential needs to our brothers and sisters in need.

I remain grateful to each of you, to our staff, volunteers, and donors for your time, your talents, and your prayers.

With Blessings,

Barbara Q. Decker

Catholic Charities Executive Director
