Neurodiversity at Work
Neurodiversity is the idea that everyone’s minds work differently. This can include how someone processes information, how they engage socially, their attention span, and their mood. ADHD, autism, and dyslexia are all examples of neurodiversity. Because this is not something you can see physically, it is very likely that you may have co-workers or employees who are neurodivergent.
