The purpose of this PSA is to inform that in IG-XL V8.10.00 SW the UltraPin1600 (aka Utah aka HSD-U) is not recognized as a digital instrument during checker runs for certain instruments.
Application Support Bulletin: UltraFLEX UltraPin1600 Transition Guide (Revision B)
This bulletin describes the differences between the UltraPin1600 and the earlier HSD1000 and UltraPin800 digital instruments. It also covers guidelines for converting programs from the HSD1000/UltraPin800 to UltraPin1600. Finally, it presents guidelines for creating programs that use these instruments together on the same test system or that use these instruments in mixed configurations. This ASB is relevant to software versions IG-XL V8.00.01 and later. Revision A contains information on a pin assignment compatibility issue when developing test programs that use the UltraPin1600 together with either HSD1000 or UltraPin800 digital instrument boards. Revision B clarifies the scan depth specifications in the HSD1000, UltraPin800, and UltraPin1600 Feature Comparison table.
