Children with sustained lack of nutrition suffer long-term effects to include stunted cognitive and physical development. High school students today who support TCHP through fundraisers, packing and school clubs, tell us how much this program meant to them when they were recipients of weekend meal packages while in elementary school.
SUPPORT WITH A FOOD DRIVE
Planning a food drive is a great way to support! Call us at 321-610-1900 or email us if you want to hold a food drive so we can help with details.

We are still receiving food contributions at Riverside Presbyterian Church, 3400 N. Atlantic Ave., Cocoa Beach 32931. We typically have a representative there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12 noon to 5 p.m.

Please call to confirm a drop-off time.
THANKS FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION DURING THESE EVENTS!
SPACE COAST DERBY DAY
The Rockledge Rotary Foundation’s Space Coast Derby Day coincided with the running of the Kentucky Derby. Festivities included a golf tournament and Derby Day after party, featuring a live & silent auction with gourmet hors d’oeuvres, bourbon tasting, a live stream of the Kentucky Derby, the Wheelbarrow of Cheer raffle, hat contest, 50/50 raffle, charitable wagering, and more.

All proceeds benefited The Children's Hunger Project, Crosswinds Youth Services and the Salvation Army in North Central Brevard.
ERC SPACE COAST OPEN
The Indian River Golf Preserve in Mims was the site of this year’s ERC Space Coast Open Golf Tournament. It benefited The Children’s Hunger Project kids in a big way, raising funds to provide more weekend meal packages to local kids at risk of weekend hunger.

Many thanks to our friends at ERC who give back to the community to help the most vulnerable in our county!
SPACE COAST MUSTANG CLUB SHOW
Held at the Muscle Car Museum in Melbourne, this event benefited The Children's Hunger Project and Wheelchairs for Kids. It was an exciting day and we are so appreciative of the Space Coast Mustang Club for helping local children!
SPACE COAST WING BATTLE
Thank you to everyone who came out to support the 3rd Annual Space Coast Wing Battle and The Children's Hunger Project!

A big round of applause for the combined efforts of competitors, sponsors, volunteers, judges, and attendees for making this a super successful event, including music from Coastal Breed and awesome games from The Backyard!

The Source’s Dignity Food Truck team, with their newest wing recipe entitled “Mo Wings,” won first place out of 22 other food establishments who entered the Space Coast Wing Battle.

The Source offers the Dining with Dignity Program to their homeless members, which includes a professional training program, helping them find suitable employment within the food industry. The Dignity Food Truck is geared to selling award-winning foods throughout the community while providing additional training for culinary students.
