"Tax filing postponement doesn't go far enough, AICPA says"

Synopsis: The postponement, announced last Wednesday, applies only to individual federal income tax returns and tax payments otherwise due April 15. It does not apply to first-quarter individual estimated tax payments, due April 15. Many other taxpayers’ tax year 2020 tax returns and payments also remain due April 15, including those from trusts and estates and C corporations.
