Genesis 7
Noah now completes his obedience to God by entering the ark and closing the doors. Did he completely understand what was ahead for him? I do not think so, but he did not question God. Noah serves as an example that we need to be willing to step out in faith without knowing the future. We must realize God holds the future in his hands.

As Noah and his family rebuilt the earth made new, so we as Christ-followers must continue the commandment given to us in Matthew 28:19-20, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Are we being like Noah and getting our whole hearts to obey in love by sharing Christ with one and all? We do not need to let fear rule us, for Christ has told us he will always be with us. Let us be a Noah and rebuild a world won totally for Christ via our faith in him

Dear Lord, guide my steps as I seek to obey the Great Commission and be the Noah of a new world.
