To date this year, Marble Capital has committed $352 million of equity across 27 multifamily investments, well on the way to the firm's 2025 target of $500 million+ in new investments.

Marble Capital provides both preferred equity and common equity for ground-up multifamily projects and acquisitions in its target markets, primarily across the Sunbelt.

In 2024, the firm invested $530 million across 37 multifamily properties in 20 U.S. markets and since 2016, the Marble team has worked with over 100 unique development and operating partners to provide $2.7 billion in equity solutions.
